L’attitude des patrons me laisse dubitative. Ils feraient bien mieux de retourner gérer leur snack qu’un hôtel où la satisfaction et l’accueil des gens sont au cœur des préoccupations de la clientèle. Il a probablement de meilleurs établissements sur Alès. A bon entendeur.

L’accueil est fermé avant les horaires et aucune réponse volontaire au téléphone de leur part, ils n’ont aucun scrupule à laisser les gens qui ont réservé à la porte bravo pour l’absence de professionnalisme et la malhonnêteté dans les réponses aussi
