PÂTISSERIE VEYRET
Sylvain originally became a baker-chocolate and today delivers his passion to a happy clientele. The pieces are unique and macaroons, desserts, cakes, pies, pastries and champagne wait patiently for a gourmand heart to take them away… which never waits to come! As for chocolates, they are pure cocoa butter and fall into ballotins, ganaches, pralines, orangettes and beggars, or simply in tablets (but what they lack, good homemade bars…). The pastry, very creative, is also busy making many sweets: fruit pastes, nougats, meringues, candies, caramel and ice cubes. In the beautiful days you will be tempted by an ice cream, made home by a Sylvain… artisan-glacier! What a palette and what energy! We are asking for it.
