LA GRANGE DE NATHALIE
A cobbled street, a café terrace, small tile windows, an old Citroën bath where fast dining is ready, is a planted decor as well as a cinema. Sharing the bread and life of a baker gives you such a contagious virus that Nathalie's passion is for the profession. There is a lot of garb in the bread, which is in several versions, with several flours, farines, sesame and multiple seeds, but still with traditional leaven. The Marseille with the mie caramel and seeds is a true delight, as is the pastries and brioches with pralins and orange flowers. Breads with nuts, olives, long, short, swinging, the choice proves difficult. The chilled windows are filled with a multitude of cakes and chocolates, all prepared with respect for craftsmanship. Passionate about his craft and attentive to the clients, the couple opens his third pastry bakery with a very glamorous concept but still remains faithful to baking tradition. For your ceremonies and family events, order your wedding, baptism, birthday cakes…
