In the heart of Anduze, chef Nicolas Mennechet is now cooking at Le Cabanon. Don't let the name fool you: somewhere between tropics, bohemian chic and salons, this is a very pretty place. You'll spend a pleasant moment with a cocktail or a glass of champagne in hand, in a Mediterranean spirit. Enjoy an Aubrac beef tartare, a cod parmentier, tantalizing tapas or pizzas, or the flan pâtissier for dessert. The restaurant can also be reserved for private parties.

Le restaurant vient d'ouvrir après les fêtes. Nous avons très bien mangé. Le repas était excellent. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
