Domaine Catresse, located in the town of Arpaillargues-et-Aureillac in France, is an olive-growing estate specializing in the production of organic olive oil. The estate's olive groves, covering some 20 hectares, are mainly composed of Picholine and Négrette varieties. The estate is committed to environmentally-friendly farming methods, using only copper in the form of Bordeaux mixture and clay to combat olive tree diseases. Domaine Catresse is also certified Appellation d'Origine Protégée (AOP), guaranteeing the traceability and quality of their olive oil. In addition to olive oil production, the estate also offers on-site accommodation, with two gîtes available during the summer and four chambres d'hôtes throughout the year.
