LA CLÈDE PEYRIC
In this typical hamlet, the chestnut is a family history. Roger and Emilie Peyric, father and daughter, have restored the old chestnut dryer, clède, to put it into service and now use it to produce dried chestnuts, chestnut flour, and jams. Passionate, they offer a guided tour that will allow you to know more about the chestnut, its uses in the kitchen, life in the Cevennes. In the shop, chestnuts in all their forms are packed with tasty fig or ripe jams, and if you don't know how to use chestnut flour or if you want to discover the bajanat, you will not leave without recipes!
