The cuisine is traditional, simple and affordable, with a trendy specialty: the bubble waffle. You'll find it sweet or savory, and even in burger mode or with charcuterie and foie gras. Desserts are varied and sophisticated, in the perfect tea room spirit. The little establishment vibrates to the rhythm of the Place Auguste-Mallet, in the center of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, which accompanies its days and festive evenings.

Déception dans l'assiette.
Le steak sans épaisseur s'avère assez coriace et gustativement impossible à distinguer du bœuf. Quelques frites trop vite cuites et une petite salade avec une insupportable tomate de serre à la chair blanche accompagnent .Rien ne paraît qualitatif. Autour de moi, la gauffre au saumon n'est pas très appréciée non plus, malgré un beau visuel.
Enfin, seul mon voisin de table à franchement apprécié son bœuf tataki.
Bref, c'est mitigé, pas envie d'y retourner.
