DÉLISUCRÉ
Samuel Marc and Léo Mas, two Spaniards just over 20 years old, have developed a liquid sugar derived from fruits (apples and dates), whose glycemic index is one of the lowest in the world. A feat made possible thanks to an extraction process unique in the world and necessarily confidential. Their product, with a neutral taste, can be used to sweeten drinks and yoghurts, as well as for cooking. A pressure of this Délisucré is equivalent to a lump of sugar, while in pastry, the two young men recommend halving the amount of white sugar indicated in the recipes. Entirely made in France, this clever bottle has already seduced many athletes and diabetics. With its half as sweetening power - which also removes the harmful side of the ingredient - it is also aimed at all those who pay attention to their figure or strive to respect the precepts of a healthy diet.
