This former convent of the th century has undergone a turbulent destiny. Having belonged to the monks until 1664, to the Culottes with the revolution and then to a private owner, it became a restaurant with guest rooms since 1988. This magnificent stone building dominates the landscape and melts in a lush garden where bamboo is omnipresent. Fountains and ponds as well as pagodas abound with the exuberant decor of old magnolias and cedars. Bamboo plantation has the reputation of being one of the oldest in the corner. The décor of the rooms is surprising, a joyful mix of sailboats, swords and arms, mixers and paintings. Taking a meal in the garden will allow you to enjoy water and shade. The land is being honoured: taste pélardonnade with potatoes, bacon cubes, onions, "and fresh cream, let yourself be surprised by the quail sauce Muscat sauce or crystallized lamb mouse.
