LE MONTEIL
Carole and Antoine were known to Petit Smart. In the past, they had a restaurant in Saint-Etienne and their kitchen was in place for their guests. They fell under the charm of the old stones of Barjac. That's how they restored a house on the square of the castle esplanade and transformed it into a restaurant. Here it is Mrs. who has been in the kitchen for 30 years and Antoine holds a Room. Antoine's grandmother gave her recette recipe for mullet nets to Carole, which prepares dishes of mussels to saffron and other delicacies. In summer, under the fills rich, slate circulates. It's hard to make a choice! Their currency is noted on a large slate at the entrance: " Here: we is, we émince, we émulsionne, we size our vegetables, we pocket, we déglace, you whitens, you get, we're frying, we're filling our fish, we're set, we're going to be short: Here we eat. Lovely restaurant, tasty food, packed with locals. They have a small menu so wouldn’t recommend for fussy eaters
Ambiance très chaleureuse . Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas y revenir demain
