For the past 20 years, Christophe Aguilar has been at the head of the Domaine de la Patience (which has existed since 1930). This passionate, committed winemaker and lover of his land has gradually transformed the vineyard. Today, he is proud to cultivate 80 hectares of organic vines. He will explain his approach, his vision of organic wine and the wine market. Don't hesitate to make an appointment at the domaine's cellar.
