Everything is organic at this winery, whose origins date back to the 12th century. The domaine works with traditional grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan for the reds, and Roussanne and Viognier for a barrel-aged white of truly exceptional character. Chardonnay, Muscat, Merlot and Cabernet are also added to the list of grape varieties used to make vins de pays and vins de table. An AOC de Nîmes olive oil completes a house offer that doesn't equate organic with high prices. The estate also produces its own cereals to make flour.

Ils ont de très bons vins à différents prix dont des bag-in-box à des prix très raisonnables parfaits pour l'apéro en été. En plus on est bien accueillis lorsqu'on va chercher le vin.
It is a wine grower high-quality we admire for many years! The range of wines is very varied: open wines most reliable and cheap, wines made of barrel are runs parallel guards and enjoy a few years waiting. Mr Amstutz 02/2011
