MAS PELLIER
The Mas Pellier vineyard has been firmly anchored for more than 6 generations in the heart of the picturesque village of Blauzac. Since 2010, Christophe Pellier has decided to make his own wine. He obtains wines renowned for their expressions, true alchemies between the soil, the climate and the work of man, magnified through these appellations: AOP Duché d'Uzès range and IGP Pays d'Oc range in varietal and blending wines. This mosaic territory of the Duchy of Uzès between the foothills of the Cévennes and the Rhone Valley, with a prestigious past as the magnificent Pont du Gard and its built heritage testify, has forged characters for men who are passionate about their land. Christophe, member Bienvenue à la ferme, will be inexhaustible on the heritage and on his wines. Traditional vinification, rigorously controlled, old vines with low yields, ripe grapes: wines with a beautiful aromatic richness of red fruits and roasted almonds with a final peppery and liquorice note, a Viognier Roussanne with a luminous light colour, a subtle blend with floral notes of white flowers and pears. Mas Pellier can rival the best vintages of this area.
