LA MAISON DES CEVENNES
Restaurant with a capacity of 70 seats offering a traditional cuisine
Since 2018, Damien has revived this inn on the Col du Minier ascent, situated in the shade of an arboretum, a magnificent sequoia, a two-hundred-year-old lime tree, at the foot of a path accessible to all including the disabled. The gîtes sleep 17, the chambres d'hôtes 14 and the refuge 15. A capacity of 70 covers, with a specialty, lou capèu - a blend of three meats, beef, duck and pork, grilled on a base built by Damien. Traditional cuisine in summer: brochettes, ratatouille. In winter, a mountain menu with raclette and fondue.
