Here is a place of reference of the Gardoise vineyard! Created in 1924 (there were originally only a dozen or so winegrowers), it brings together nearly 215 producers and is one of the largest cooperative wineries in the Gard. The vineyard, as a whole, is spread over 49 communes and 2,000 hectares of vines. It can boast three different appellations: PGI Cévennes, PGI Pays d'Oc and PDO Duché d'Uzès. Committed to the protection of the soil and nature, the vineyard is gradually converting its plots to organic viticulture and a few hectares even have a vegan label. A place of reference!
