In the heart of the garrigue, Lydie and Yoland raise around a hundred goats. Most of them are Rove goats, a hardy breed well known near Marseille's calanques. They can also be recognized by their beautiful, curling horns. The rest of the herd is made up of buff Alpine goats. Grazing in the heart of nature, the herd maintains the countryside and helps fight fires. A healthy, natural and varied diet that gives a special flavor to the cheese.
