Faced with the food intolerances of her two children, Nathalie created Filigree to offer them an adapted diet without putting aside greed. Her husband at her side, the young woman, who has long worked in the food industry, offers gluten-free and dairy-free biscuits and cakes. Filigree is currently available in soft - pistachio, chocolate, almond, lemon - and crunchy - almond, coffee and cardamom, star anise, lemon and ginger. Convinced that food is an important social commitment, Nathalie is addressed to all gourmets: intolerant, hypersensitive, or not. Its products, whose texture is different from traditional pastries, are nevertheless tasty and allow everyone to vary their pleasures.
