Jean-Marc Joaquim, a baker's craftsman for over thirty years, has created three renowned establishments, including the one of Calvisson, a charming Provencal village. The Amandine offers pastries labelled 100% house. This label is issued by the Union of Master bakers of the Gard. Specialty is a local organic bread: . It meets a wide variety of special breads, spelt and traditional breads. The bakery is open all day, and on Sunday, the day of the village market, the shop won't always, so the patience is bet, but it's worth it.
