You won't pass through Castillon du Gard without tasting a good Côtes-du-Rhône wine. This prestigious appellation, synonymous with sunshine and the Mistral wind all year round, is well known among gourmets. At the Goisbault estate, quality is the predominant factor. The vines are cultivated on the model of organic agriculture (AB label) and a wine is produced, a fine beverage made up of grenache (60%, this is the backbone of the region's wines), syrah (30%, this grape variety gives the wine its aromatic character with its strong tannin, it dresses the wine) and cinsault (10%, to give suppleness and smoothness).
