A charming restaurant with a shaded terrace offering a changing menu featuring seasonal produce and a selection of wines

Its home-style bistro cuisine stands out as one of the best in the region. After 7 years in Génolhac, the Bouchon Cévenol has been successfully established in Chamborigaud for the past 5 years. The dining room is small and charming, as is the shady terrace. The menu changes weekly with seasonal produce, to the delight of the many regulars, with a "Régordane" menu as copious as it is succulent, mainly carnivorous. The calf's head with Ravigote sauce offered on Sunday lunchtimes will make your day. Arrive early and leave full and satisfied.

Découverte de ce restaurant à chamborigaud sur les conseils des propriétaires du mas des cevennes et la une petite terrasse extérieure un accueil chaleureux et convivial une ambiance agréable et que dire de la cuisine...traditionnelle succulente raffinée avec des saveurs un régal. A recommander sans hésitations. Bravo à toute l'équipe et quand même mention spéciale au chef.

Cuisine très bonne, avec des plats variés et de qualités. Petite mention à la cervelle pas forcément présente ailleurs et qui était délicieuse. Cependant, concernant le serveur, quelques remarques répétitives et déplacées ont clos notre repas sur une note quelque peu désagréable. Le service ne nous fera pas revenir.
