Located in a complex of 18th century houses, Hotel Le Castellas is in the heart of the village. In summer, when all of Nîmes and Avignon land at the river, Le Castellas remains a haven of protected peace (patio, exotic garden, wisteria arbour, swimming pool). Its architectural renovation, served by the use of original stones associated with the pebbles of the Gardon, gives character. Each room has its own personality, from art deco to Mediterranean style. No. 11, for example, which is a real triple, has the privilege of a second small separate room. Charming hotel with a gourmet restaurant. The chef offers militant menus that are both tasteful and creative: the seven-course discovery special, the flavours and aromas, the more traditional castellas or the simple gourmet. The sommelier offers a rich regional cellar and great wines (costières-de-nîmes, languedoc, saint-chinian...). A pleasant welcome, professional staff and a kitchen that matches the gratifications.
