DOMAINE DE CRESSANCE
The Domaine de Cressance was born in 2003, when a 16-hectare vineyard (established between 1974 and 1985) and three wine enthusiasts came together to create their association in Collorgues. Their initial objective: to use a quality geology and climate to transform the grapes that have reached maturity into a good quality wine, harvested by hand using an artisanal production method (de-budding, de-stemming, hand-picking in small 30 kilogram crates). The estate boasts 30 to 40-year-old vines and original grape varieties. We take care of traditional agriculture: no inputs, no pesticides, no herbicides on the vines. If treatment is required, herbal treatments are used. This production philosophy allows the estate to offer its customers two white wines with a little viognier, two red wines and a rosé wine. Stop at the estate if you're sailing between Alès and Uzès.
