For Laura Colombelle and Anthony Issoire, priority is given to quality of service and an ambience conducive to tasting the chef's creations, with an attractive, gourmet menu that changes with the seasons: pan-fried foie gras with seasonal fruits, scallops, veal kidneys, fillet of beef with morel mushrooms, fish from the market, duck breast, a generous cheese platter featuring 80 regional wines.... In summer, the terrace is shaded by century-old plane trees. The rooms are classic and relaxing.
