Restaurant for nature lovers and local products in Corconne

It is the perfect address for nature and local products lovers! In the shade of a magnificent hundred-year-old oak tree, a dozen tables welcome tourists passing through the area in the summer. The chef, who loves flowers and wild plants, creates a sunny and fragrant cuisine that is particularly appetizing: the dishes are home-made. His menu also includes some beautiful preparations based on beef from Aubrac, lamb from Lozère or pork from Mialet. Vegetarians will appreciate the recipes made for them.

Un ravissement pour les yeux et le ventre

Plus qu'un restaurant, un apaisement culinaire, repas d'exception de l'entrée au dessert. Un concept rare où l'on déguste chaque bouchée comme nulle part ailleurs. Le mesclun fleuri qui chatouille les papilles, l'agneau cuit 12h à basse température fond dans la bouche, les diverses "sauces" originales faites sur place (et une sorte de chantilly au calament, une tuerie)... Mélange de saveurs incomparables, tout est excellent et frais. Un joli jardin au calme où les 2 propriétaires nous accueillent généreusement et nous partagent leur passion des plantes et fleurs comestibles. Un lieu où retourner au gré des saisons.
