For six generations the same family has occupied this wine estate in the Cèze valley. The Castor family produces its own grapes and makes its own wines on 150 hectares. Grenache (red and white), syrah, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsault, tempranillo, roussanne, chardonnay, viognier, and Ugni blanc are the different grape varieties used here.
The family is very welcoming and will be happy to show you around the winery and tell you about their work, production and wine tasting.
