Le Braconnier has been in existence since 1974. It's a great place to try if you want to eat out like in Aveyron. Yves Ruffinato's table is as rustic and traditional as they come, with wood crackling in the fireplace in winter. On the plate, you'll find mature French meats: from Limousine to Charolaise, Aubrac and Salers, as well as Galician, Black Angus, Hereford and Wagyu. Game is also served in winter (venison, doe, tripous, aligots), as well as a selection of local wines and desserts.

Le service est attentionné, la carte est simple et efficace. Petit bémol sur la variété des desserts, on n'y trouve pas forcément son compte. Par contre vous ne ressortirez pas de ce restaurant en ayant encore faim les parts sont genereuses
