Le Braconnier has been in existence since 1974. It's a great place to try if you want to eat out like in Aveyron. Yves Ruffinato's table is as rustic and traditional as they come, with wood crackling in the fireplace in winter. On the plate, you'll find mature French meats: from Limousine to Charolaise, Aubrac and Salers, as well as Galician, Black Angus, Hereford and Wagyu. Game is also served in winter (venison, doe, tripous, aligots), as well as a selection of local wines and desserts.

J'ai commandé une entrecôte à 42 euro en cuisson saignante et elle est arrivée bien trop cuite. C'est une terrible faute quand on est un amateur de viande mais aussi quand on est un restaurant de viande.
Bref je me sentais trop gêné de leur demander de changer au risque de gâcher un si beau morceau de viande (qui était quand même bonne malgré l'excès de cuisson)
Je conseille tout de même le restaurant malgré ce faux pas, les erreurs ça arrive à tout le monde même si 42 euro ça fait un peu mal
