Restaurant serving a choice of excellent pizzas and good desserts in Garons

Le Braconnier has been in existence since 1974. It's a great place to try if you want to eat out like in Aveyron. Yves Ruffinato's table is as rustic and traditional as they come, with wood crackling in the fireplace in winter. On the plate, you'll find mature French meats: from Limousine to Charolaise, Aubrac and Salers, as well as Galician, Black Angus, Hereford and Wagyu. Game is also served in winter (venison, doe, tripous, aligots), as well as a selection of local wines and desserts.

Excellent repas et accueil impeccable
Nous avons mangé au restaurant Le Braconnier, à Garons.
Excellent choix : chacun d'entre nous s'est régalé avec son plat! Tout était hyper goûteux, la cuisson était parfaite, et le service en salle impeccable !!! Rien à redire, juste excellent ! Merci encore !

Menu 26 euros a fuir entrée purée de morue le goût était que du basilic on aurait pu mettre n'importe quel poisson le plat parmentier de bœuf et canard une mixture liquide pas du tout agréable dessert baba non sucré avec une pipette de rhum baignant dans de l eau serveur pas simpatique dégoulinant de transpiration salle non climatisé potes ouvertes sur la route

etant de passage (venant de region champenoise) nous avons ete tres bien recu sans reservation prealable .assiette de charcuterie regionale au top .hachi parmentier copieux (je n'ai pas pu finir mon plat ) .dessert extra tres bien conseille pour le vin.
pour 23€ le menu , c'est plus que correct.

exceptional because nowadays a full menu for €20 or €25 do is rare good meats meat is very to restaurants aligot delicious and delicious sorbet cherry the chef and his team are very friendly reserve in advance
