LE MARTIN'S
It has been four years since Yannick and Angela Martin settled in Saint-Chaptes. After living and working in Paris and then in Lyon, they wanted to change their minds and created their address in a small village in the Gard. In the dining room, Angela is active in a cosy and warm setting, her smile brings real warmth to the place and it is appreciated, effective, she is also excellent advice. In the kitchen, Yannick creates a traditional gourmet and tasty cuisine. A few examples on the menu: seafood pie, crispy goat cheese, cannelloni with meat, filet of plaice, cottage cheese and chestnut cream or fresh fruit salad... It's good, simple and generous. A family business that has enough to seduce!
