La Zébuline, a spirulina farm on a human scale, is the fruit of Catherine's passion, as she manages the entire production process, from cultivation to sales. The facility, comprising 500 m² of ponds in greenhouses, is designed with the environment in mind, using solar energy and photovoltaic panels to ensure its autonomy. During a visit, Catherine is happy to share her know-how, explaining how the ponds work and the spirulina harvesting process. Visitors can also sample this superfood.
