Clément Vassallo offers us market cuisine. This chef cut his teeth in a number of top restaurants, including Antoine in Paris, before setting up this marina restaurant in June 2016. Everything is fresh, the selection of fish comes from the sea rather than farmed, and you can choose from original tapas-style starters such as exquisite sesame octopus or Mediterranean red tuna gyozas, or hearty sea bream dishes or clam pasta. The pastry chef is a true artist who adapts to the seasons. A real treat.
