Restaurant near the market place working fresh vegetables in Le Grau-du-Roi

Babeth and Jean François have a plate full of love and hearts everywhere in their little restaurant near the market place. They particularly like to work with fresh vegetables; meat and fish are a pretext for highlighting the vegetables that they cook in 4 to 5 different ways. Their talent is such that you will be surprised by the farandole of vegetables they propose. To discover: fish caught the same morning by a trawl from Graubünden accompanied by young spinach shoots, Camargue rice, aubergines with a tomato coulis.

Magnifique accueil de tout le personnel , belle ambiance , plat chaud et d’une belle fraîcheur. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr si nous devons revenir au grau du roi.
