LONGO MAÏ
The Maï Maï is a Provencal restaurant. Daniel Philibert was installed 6 metres further, in the same centre. He came to the old Hippocampus to enjoy a better location and more places. His kitchen was transmitted to him by his Provençale grandmother. He also recommends the pick of the winged germaine mussels, a pick of mold to the gratiné gratiné. Here we hear the cicadas, Provence is on the plate, garlic is in honor, bulots and its saffron aioli or flambées flambées to anise unless you let yourself be tempted by the wolf fillet in quenelle. And why not end with an icy nougat. All sprinkled with a rosé of sand, to consume with moderation.
