LE PALANGRE
At Palangre, along the banks of the typical village of Grau-du-Roi, your meal will be a sweet and tasty mix of seafood and fish dishes. The chef highlights local cuisine, fresh and refined; welcome to the hospices of Mediterranean cuisine. The house specialty: the tray of shells (oysters, mussels, shrimps, snails, prawns, tellines, whelks, crabs, and lobster) collected at the wet market. For the rest, the menu offers fish abundantly: seafood skewers, the braised sea bream fillet, fish parillada à la plancha, saint-pierre in vegetable stew, monkfish and Scallops coated with smoked bacon, sole or turbot meunières according to supplies. It is possible to order in advance the royal bouillabaisse of the chef. He exclusively prepares seasonal products from fishermen and the wet market. In summer, we have fresh dishes. In winter, the menu becomes more gourmet. The friendly team then offers a non exhaustive list of places and trips to do in the nearby department. It is a good place to eat while watching the boats returning to the port after fishing.
