Restaurant specialized in the soil and in the meat of bull in Le Grau-du-Roi
Just a stone's throw from the coast, this excellent restaurant specializes in local produce, and more specifically in PDO bull meat from the Camargue. You can enjoy it grilled a la plancha, as tartare, andouillette, pavé, burger or gardiane. Winners of several Militant du Goût awards, these recipes are accompanied by home fries, Camargue rice or ratatouille prepared by chef Christophe. The menu also gives pride of place to fish, and the seafood plancha is the restaurant's second specialty.
