There is no need to say, the Blachère des Angles bakery, whose layout attracts sympathy, runs like a clock. Its production of varied continuous breads, pies sold by the share and small pastries, feeds a loyal clientele that does not hesitate to queue up at rush hour. A battalion of fished saleswomen is busy offering us and even tasting the products in a "market" spirit. And then Mary spoils us, she makes us do more and more business, bread, pastries, cakes..... On the practical side, it is easy to park there. If you arrive at 7:30 pm everything is at 50%! These bakeries are everywhere now, it's a good plan.

côté pâtisserie, plus compliqué : j'ai acheté aujourd'hui une tropézienne en promo . Surprise : la crème à coeur était gelée. J'ai appelé la boulangerie : les tropéziennes arrivent congelées au magasin, donc impossible de la recongeler (contrairement à ce que m'avait affirmé la vendeuse). Le tropézienne était tout de même bonne
