Mas del Fray is a livestock farm located in Les Salles-du-Gardon, in the Cévennes. The animals are raised in the open air, in the shade of oak and chestnut trees, with respect for animal welfare. The farm's products are carefully processed and offered in packages of fresh pork, including roasts, sautés, ribs, sausages and grilled meats. Mas del Fray also offers fresh eggs produced by their free-range laying hens. The farm's products are available under the brand names "Le Cochon des Chênaies" and "Les poulettes du Mas del Fray". Their products can also be found among those of the "Baron des Cévennes" collective, which brings together passionate breeders and Michelin-starred chefs from the Gard region. The Mas del Fray offers farm sales, as well as stalls at the La Grand Combe and Halles de l'abbaye markets in Alès.
