POTERIE DE LA MADELEINE
Access: From Nîmes, take the N 106 then the D 982.
History: Near Anduze, the cevenole of pottery, famous for its gardening vases, the Madeleine pottery was created more than 20 years ago. It reproduces the vases of Anduze, artisan according to tradition. It is now leader in this manufacture.
Specifications: The Anduze vases are large garden vases, natural or enameled, adorned with garlic and macarons, bearing the pottery signature. They are classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Since 2013, La Poterie de la Madeleine has been labeled by the State for excellence in its stamped French know-how in the Company of Living Heritage (EPV) label, which is a mark of recognition that distinguishes French companies from craftsmanship and industrial excellence.
Products: All fabrications are displayed in the shop around the workshop. In addition, ceramics throughout the Mediterranean basin, garden and interior furniture and decorative objects from all over the world are exposed to over 4,000 m ².
Futed: Around the manufacturing workshop is a large area of ceramics sales and 3 ethnic shops (India, Morocco and Africa) as well as 2 boutiques of furniture and decorative objects for the house.
