Situated on the ramparts, the garden offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. Despite its typically Languedoc vegetation, it has the highly original feature of having been designed "à la Japonaise", according to the rules of Niwaki, the art of pruning flower species. Over the 400m2 of the site, the plants are arranged and pruned in such a way as to create a refined atmosphere of transparency and surprising views, in a landscaping style uncommon in Western countries. Free-ranging silk hens add to the charm of the setting.
