A few km from Nîmes, on the road to Avignon, a artisanale company, héritière de la Société Provençal Olive, opened its doors to the public in a nice showroom 4 years ago. You will find excellent traditional olive oils, first cold pressure, jams, selected honey, lavender or marshmallow syrups, spices, spreading and original antipasti… So many delicious dyes without dyes or preservatives that favour natural aromas. Note that Present Simple starts to develop in bio and will expand its range in this field. A real gastronomic identity!
