On the Costières de Marguerittes plain, the family business covers 8 hectares. Poultry and pigs are raised here, all free-range, and the produce is processed on the farm. It's also an organic butcher's shop, using local meat from non-breeders, and the charcuterie is processed on site, with cured ham and sausages matured in the drying room. The products are excellent and regularly win awards in the "Gard gourmand, Militant du Goût" competition. You can visit the farm before shopping in the store.
