TERRE FIGUIÈRE
La Poterie Terre Figuière has been planting its terracotta decorations in the countryside since 2006, and this company, bought by two of its former employees, David Durand and Lionel Garcia, after a judicial liquidation, is in line with the age-old tradition of the true Anduze vase. Behind the scenes of this factory located in Attuech, about ten small hands work to crush the earth before giving it its final shape, and to share these noble gestures with its customers, the part of the workshop where the feet are fixed under the bell and where the ornaments are applied has been glazed. The vases Terre Figuière, which are available in different colours, shapes and finishes, have a few local amateurs. But it is abroad that they are most successful. Some of them flew to the United States or New Zealand.
