RESTAURANT LES PLANS
The restaurant Les Plans faces the campsite of the same name, its clientele is composed of regulars and customers of the campsite. In a friendly and warm atmosphere, all these people mix in the best harmony. They come on site for the kitchen but also for Christophe Vasquez, known as "Titoye", the manager of the place. His love of the region is reflected in each of his attitudes, his advice and can be seen on the menu of his restaurant. Varied and made with local products, its cuisine is to the glory of the Cévennes and its terroir. During our visit, the dish of the day was a trout fillet with sweet onions and Cévennes honey, it joined the other delicacies on the menu. Among them: Cévennes and bamboo salads, sabre camisard or capon cévenol. Customers also come to Titoye's local charcuterie, he presents it on a large chestnut tray that he made himself. On summer evenings, the restaurant makes the heart of this small village beat faster with many activities (karaoke, bowls competitions, 80s and 90s shows, bingos where you can win caps, wine bottles or a week in a mobile home for the following year).
