Concerned about the impact of our lifestyles on the environment, this establishment offers the opportunity to learn how to cook differently with Olivier Picard. After completing his apprenticeship with Alain Passard at his 3-star L'Arpège restaurant, renowned for its vegetable-based cuisine, he moved to Grenoble to discover the cuisine of wild plants. Drawing on this experience, he now offers you the chance to discover edible wild plants by combining foraging with cooking. You can choose between three types of training: technical and creative basics, thematic and online! Plant-based cooking will hold no secrets for you!
