Every year, at the end of July/beginning of August, Alès hosts the Foulées des Berges du Gardon, a sporting and friendly event that brings life to the heart of the city at the end of the day. On the program, two Nordic walking races of 5 km and 11.6 km in two loops with no difference in altitude, presenting no difficulty. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, or simply thirsty for challenges, this event is for you! So put on your sneakers and be one of the 200 or so competitors expected that day!
Price: 8 € for the 5 km and 10 € for the 10,5 km.
Distance: 5 km and 10.5 km.
Difficulty: quite easy.
Meeting point: Avenue Carnot in Alès. Bib pick-up from 4pm and departure at 7.30pm.
Other practical information: any participant without a licence must provide a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.
