DOMAINE DE CESERAC
Let us give credit to Caesar: the domain of Césérac («Caesar» in Latin) is actually that of Alain Selme. This farmer is located in the small village of Montfrin, at the crossroads of Gard, Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône, where he has operated 3 500 olive trees from local varieties (picholine, aglandau, verdale) and foreign varieties (arbequine and koroneiki), in accordance with the principles of organic farming. With their fruits, it produces an oil in a fruity green as well as table olives (picholine). You can find its products at the shop in the area and in the shops of Avignon (shop at Serge Olives). But the domain of Césérac is also 5 cottages registered "Gîtes de France": one in downtown (12 people) and 4 "green" (12, 8, 5 and 3 people). Three of them are located in the old cellars of the farm where Alain Selme made wine until 2006.
