A cheese factory not to miss if you are in the corner. The shop sells directly from the producer to the consumer, and the consumer will not be disappointed. Here we are made of top quality cheese, volumes of aveyronnaises sheep, volumes and bleus, AOP county, PDO Beaufort Beaufort, and sausages and olive jam. The master craftsman Didier Rigotard was recently a gold medallist of taste.

A Noël, une tome avait viré au royuge et les autres fromages étaientplein de moisissure.
A l'ouverture du plateau, l'odeur infecte qui s'en est dégagée, ne donnait pas envie de les goûter.
J'ai adressé un mail à la fromagerie, photos à l'appui, et je n'ai même pas eu de réponse.
