Sandrine Bonneau (graduate of the European Institute of Védiques Studies) is a Ayurvedic practitioner in Nîmes. In a very beautiful area dedicated to wellness, it proposes traditional Indian massage, as well as Ayurvedic consultations (complete assessment of the person with evaluation of its imbalances, practical advice, development of a regime adapted to its constitution…) extremely serious and effective (if one follows its advice in the long term!). Ayurveda, India's traditional medicine, aims primarily to balance and harmonize the person. Sandrine has been able to take advantage of this millennium knowledge and it is with great kindness and skill that she benefits her clientele. An hour with it is not a waste of time, but rather a precious moment that is devoted to self-care, because Ayurveda cares about the soul as much as the body.
