Restaurant offering a contemporary and refined haute-couture cuisine

This is one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the department. But first of all, Jérôme Nutile is a local boy who fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening this gourmet table in Nîmes in 2015. Awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France, the chef offers "haute-couture" cuisine, contemporary and refined, that sublimates each product. The menu is aligned with the seasons, and the romanticized menu titles underline the festival of flavors and gustatory emotions depicted on the plates. A culinary identity finely honed for our greatest pleasure.

Habitué pour des évènements familiaux et enchanté cette fois déçu .Définitivement déçu les propositions du bistrot tomates macédoine d une cantines garniture de légumes se résumant à une cuillère à soupe et un poisson noyer dans l huile.
