Restaurant offering a contemporary and refined haute-couture cuisine

This is one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in the department. But first of all, Jérôme Nutile is a local boy who fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening this gourmet table in Nîmes in 2015. Awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France, the chef offers "haute-couture" cuisine, contemporary and refined, that sublimates each product. The menu is aligned with the seasons, and the romanticized menu titles underline the festival of flavors and gustatory emotions depicted on the plates. Nous avons pris le repas de 3 plats. C'était plutôt bien. Je ne sais pas si c'était une barrière linguistique, mais le service n'était pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Personne n'était impoli, mais ils semblaient connaître les vins ou les plats lorsque nous posions des questions. Dans l'ensemble, cela valait le détour et le prix.

Venu ce samedi midi, très bon accueil, le service est excellent. Par contre côté cuisine, les portions du menu à trente euros sont juste suffisantes pour un jeune enfant comparé aux plats à la carte. De plus le Turbo mal nettoyé ( sang mal enlevé) ce qui donne un goût amer, à ce niveau de cuisine c'est quand même assez anormal, on est venu tester pour venir plus tard au restaurant gastro on est véritablement refroidi
