Awarded the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France, the chef offers "haute-couture" cuisine, contemporary and refined, that sublimates each product. The menu is aligned with the seasons, and the romanticized menu titles underline the festival of flavors and gustatory emotions depicted on the plates.
